SHIPPING & PROCESSING (top of page)

• Edisto Outdoors™ is committed to providing our customers with excellent service. Once your order is placed, the product(s) should ship within 1-5 days. If you have provided an email address, we will email you when your order has shipped.
• We also strive to provide excellent value to our customers. We are continuously evaluating shipping options to offer our customers competitively priced shipping and excellent service. Most products will ship to you via USPS or UPS.
• Most shipments will arrive 1-7 days from the date they leave our distribution center.
• Our $7 flat rate shipping ensures that you are getting excellent value at a reasonable price. Whether you order one product or ten products, your shipping cost is the same. This is just another way we show appreciation to our customers.
• If you need your product fast please email us at expedite@edistooutdoors.com. We will try to accommodate your request and give you information on the additional cost.

• Flat rate shipping is within the continental USA only. If you are located outside the continental USA, we would love to have you as our customer. Please contact us at orders@edistooutdoors.com so we can try to accommodate your request and give you information on the additional cost.

• If you are located in the states of South Carolina or Florida, normal state sales tax and any applicable local tax will be added to your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (top of page)

Exchanges

• We want to make your shopping experience at Edisto Outdoors™ as easy and carefree as possible. We strive to provide you with detailed information about our products to keep you informed and minimize the stress of shopping.
• If you decide to exchange your product(s) all you need to do is contact us at returns@edistooutdoors.com, indicate what product (style), color, size, graphic, etc. you would like to exchange for and return your original unused product.
• All tags, hangtags, etc. must be in original condition on the product for the exchange to be valid.
• If product(s) are exchanged within 14 days of the purchase, just send the product back to us and we will pay for the return shipping.
• If the product is exchanged after 14 days of the purchase we will be glad to exchange the product if it’s in unused, original condition with all hangtags attached, however the purchaser will be responsible for paying all shipping costs of the returned product and for the replacement product. Once you’ve contacted us at returns@edistooutdoors.com, send the original product back along with a prepaid shipping label (prepaid USPS flat rate box, etc.), so we can send the replacement product to you. If possible, please include a copy of the email correspondence in your shipment to us so we can expedite your return. You can also contact us via email at returns@edistooudoors.com to provide instructions for payment of the shipping cost.

Returns

• Please examine your product carefully upon receipt to ensure that the order was fulfilled correctly.
• If you decide to return your product(s) for refund, you will need to contact us at returns@edistooutdoors.com, indicating what product you purchased. Purchaser must include a copy of the receipt of the transaction with the return shipment.
• Just send the product back to us in its original, unused condition with all hangtags attached (along with a copy of the receipt and the completed refund sheet) and we will take care of the rest. Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to be processed.

PRODUCT WARRANTY (top of page)

• Quality is a priority at Edisto Outdoors™. We strive to sell quality products, but occasionally a customer might receive the wrong product or a product that is defective from the manufacturer.
• If the wrong product(s) are shipped to you, the product(s) will be exchanged at no charge to the purchaser. Replacement products will be shipped as quickly as possible and should ship within 3-5 days of the return of the originally shipped product. Just email us at returns@edistooutdoors.com, send the product and a copy of your receipt, and we will take care of the rest.
• If a product is considered to be a producer defect, as determined by Edisto Outdoors™ quality control associates, the product will be exchanged with no charge to the original purchaser.
• The entire liability of Edisto Outdoors™ is replacement of the original product with the same or comparable product.

All styles, colors, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

• Edisto Outdoors™ promotes ethical business practices and interactions with its customers. If you are under 18 years of age you may use our Site only under the consent and supervision of an adult.
